I swore I’d never climb Old Rag in the ice and snow. And with only a week before Ecuador I said I wouldn’t do anything with a chance of getting hurt. So Dan and I naturally climbed Old Rag in the ice and snow a week before I left for Ecuador. Was the last wknd before he left for Austin. It was the most treacherous 5 hours I remember spending in the mountains. But then I didn’t wind up in a cast either. What ends well ends well.
